1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Okyrou websites and associated products (including submitting bids or placing billboards on Claim the Top Floor), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country to enter into a binding agreement with Okyrou. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you claim advertising space on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the requisite authority to bind that entity.

3. Use of Services & Advertising Guidelines

You agree to use Okyrou and our products (including PinDrop and Claim the Top Floor) responsibly and not to:

• Engage in unauthorized access, automated bot bidding, reverse-engineering, or illegal data scraping.
• Upload malicious code, exploits, spam URLs, phishing destinations, or harmful scripts into billboard lines or profile data.
• Submit promotional slogans, images, or domain links that are defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, or promote illegal substances/activities. We reserve the immediate right to remove non-compliant billboard placements without refund.
• Use our platforms for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

4. User Accounts & Placements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and the accuracy of website domains or slogans submitted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, 3D models, shaders, graphics, trademarks, and design systems are the intellectual property of Okyrou Software Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Advertisers retain ownership of their respective brand logos and trademarks, granting Okyrou a non-exclusive license to render and display them within the interactive 3D tower experience.

6. Payments, Bidding & Placement Fees

Certain services, subscriptions, and virtual billboard placements (including competitive bidding for tower floors on Claim the Top Floor) require payment. By submitting a bid or purchasing a placement, you agree to provide valid billing information and authorize Okyrou or its designated payment processor to charge the indicated amount. Placements are delivered digitally upon confirmation.

7. Termination

Okyrou reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the services. Users may also terminate their account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okyrou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
